"I am still doing better, it is almost like a miracle as I have never gotten better this fast. I may forgo the acupuncture and the chiropractor if I'm not hurting. I will decide on Monday. Went to physical therapy today and S. says we just need to work on strength exercises now. I'm walking more than 20 minutes at a time and lifting weights and stretching, so all to the good.

"After our phone session, I soaked in the tub, for I think a couple of hours, then crawled into bed. Still processing --- very content, very lite,....very joyful.
I slept real deep, the kind of sleep that doesn't allow you to move your arms or open you eyes....
Then my inner clock ""jerked"" me up because I had to teach a class!
I was not even nervous....The class went wonderful People all the way from SACRAMENTO came!
All the time I am still in joy!!!!I am still processing...more emotions are coming up just quick memories of where they may have started.

"I met MaryAine over the phone when she called a friend's house where I was visiting. This was one of those connections where "there are no accidents" became evident to me immediately. She had originally called to discuss massage, however, after speaking with her for only a few minutes, we realized that we had so many of the same interests that I ended up going to visit her in Northern California before I left to go back to Salt Lake. It was during that visit that I shared RET with her. From that moment on she took RET on in a big way and has since become an excellent RET practitioner in her own right.
