Intensive Programs:

I'll do an intensive 4-day program that includes:
- 3 days of RET (6) sessions
- 1 day working with “ Skills for Living ” workbook
- 2 follow up phone sessions
* You have the option of renting a comfortable studio by the week across from the ocean in beautiful Cayucos.
I'll travel to you, the client, for a 4-day (or more) intensive session program.

Sessions in Placerville are in a peaceful, Victorian office built over a creek (picture on the home page). The office is surrounded by beautiful gardens you may relax in before or after sessions to help soothe and ground your spirit and mind.
The Atascadero office is available with a three week advance appointment and commitment. It is an upstairs office in an old colonial home of Atascadero
